- Complete Upstream visibility of International and Domestic raw material movements (1st, 2nd, 3rd leg, Domestic Intercompany) with Logistics Service Provider’s (LSP), Raw Material Suppliers (Suppliers) and all our Crop Protection Manufacturing Sites.
- 2 PILOTS focusing on North American and German distribution.
- Better accuracy on predicted Lead Times.
- Increase Estimated Time of Arrival (ETA) Reliability.
- Dashboard and analytics to Bayer’s LSP and Supplier partners that drives actionable insight to problem resolution.
With improved inbound supply visibility all trading partner will benefit through reduced expediting and an overall more efficient supply chain.
