Carriers/Ocean Carriers should send EDI 214 or 315 messages to One Network, referencing the BOL/MBOL/Container#.

One Network will process these messages as the system of record, providing the EDI messages contain the correct corresponding reference Bayer sends to One Network (Load ID and Carrier BOL number).
